Pressure Treated Wendys & Sheds

The timber used for our floor bearers is CCA treated, guaranteeing a long life (15 years and more) plus protection against rot.

The treatment process is outlined below.

  • Timber is placed into a chamber and filled with a liquid preservative.
  • Preservative is forced under pressure deep into the grain of the wood.
  • The preservative is then drained from the chamber.
  • The chamber is then placed under a vacuum to remove excess moisture from the timber.
